FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes! What you see is what you sip… or wear. All product images are carefully curated to match the actual items you will be receiving. Just keep in mind that screen settings vary slightly, so colours may look a tiny bit different in person (but never wildly off).

How can I return an item?

While Kyri’s Koffee Shop runs on a print-on-demand model (meaning everything is made just for you), mistakes sometimes happen. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise not as expected—please contact us through the site with a photo within 14 days of delivery. We’ll sort it.

Change of heart? Sadly, since each product is custom-made, we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing mishaps—so please double-check the size guides before ordering!

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Kind of! Since everything is printed to order, “out of stock” usually means the base product is temporarily unavailable from our print partner (hi, Gelato). We aim to restock as soon as possible—check back soon!

Where can I ship my order?

Kyri’s Koffee ships worldwide, but the perks hit differently depending on where you live.

No. No you do not.

You get nothing.

I’m sorry.

I didn’t realise this was going to be such a frequently asked question.

I thought it was clear.

It’s 2 cents, bro.
